What can I do to improve the sex duration?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a sex-related problem. My sex timing is only ten seconds. It is a big problem I am facing. My girlfriend says my timing is very low, and I do not satisfy her.

Please help me, doctor.

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

There are many reasons for premature ejaculation.

• Stressful work like night duties and twenty-four-hour jobs.

• Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issue affects premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help you.

• On long term medication related to hypertension and antipsychiatric medications can also cause premature ejaculation.

• Frequent masturbation is another important cause.

• Watching excess porn.

• Receiving less foreplay from partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.

• Having an affair and thus, giving you a guilty feeling.

• Lack of exercise and obesity.

Check your blood sugar levels and thyroid hormones checked.

You can take (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take the medicine with their consent) tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30 mg as a temporary solution.

To prevent it naturally, I suggest increasing the foreplay duration during sex. Women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for good blood supply to the penis and achieve a long and hard erection. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy.

Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race. Duration does not mean your partner is happy. Love your partner and learn about female masturbation. Give your partner orgasm or climax.

Thanks and regards.
