Patient's Query

Hello,

I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for several months. I am not able to control my ejaculation even after using condoms except for five minutes after penetration, and without condoms, I ejaculate in seconds. Kindly suggest.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Premature ejaculation can occur due to many reasons.

  1. Stressful work -Night duties, twenty-four-hour jobs.
  2. Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issue has an effect on Premature Ejaculation.
  3. Long-term medication related to hypertension and anti-psychiatric medications
  4. Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation.
  5. Excess porn addiction.
  6. Receiving less foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.
  7. Having an affair that gives a guilty feeling.
  8. Lack of exercise.

I suggest you follow the below-mentioned instructions:

  1. Check fasting blood sugar levels or postprandial blood sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
  2. Check your blood pressure, and levels of free T3, T4, and TSH to rule out thyroid issues.
  3. Take a tablet of Duralast (Dapoxetine) 30mg as a temporary solution
  4. To naturally see the difference, the foreplay duration can be increased during intercourse. Women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay and men should receive ten to fifteen minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection. Foreplay should be relaxed manner.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
