Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I ejaculate within 50 seconds during sex. Why so?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your concern. There are various factors that cause premature ejaculation like stress, health conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid issues, long-term medications, frequent masturbation, lack of foreplay, lack of exercise, and obesity. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Check blood sugar, blood pressure, T3 (triidothyronine), T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) levels.
  2. Take the tablet Duralast (Dapoxetine Hydrochloride) 30 mg as a temporary solution.
  3. To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection.
  4. Try listening music that causes relaxation.
  5. Try using delayed condoms.
  6. Try jelqing exercises. Jelqing is a natural way to increase the size of the penis.
  7. Use penis enlargement pump once daily. The vacuum pump draws blood into the penis, making it swell. They are used for treating erectile dysfunction. The vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to fewer firm erections.
  8. Use Aljins 69 (herbal oil) massage oil once daily before bath for three months.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them and take medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
