Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Nowadays I cannot stay for longer. I meant I am quickly cumming out. Sometimes, it takes less than a minute. Could you please explain why this is happening? I am really worried.

Answered by Dr. Nitin Dongre

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Could you please mention how many days this has been happening? The cause could be stress, performance anxiety, a family history, less involvement of the partner's pelvic muscle, and weakness. Try some techniques, such as start-stop, pause-squeeze, and pelvic floor exercises. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and caffeinated beverages. Please consult a doctor about stopping or altering the dosage if you are taking medication.

Ultimately, avoid dairy products as well as processed and fried foods. Instead, increase your intake of brazil nuts, particularly those high in selenium, which may help improve your mood. In addition, increase your intake of omega-3-rich fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, trout, and herring, as well as eggs, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, turmeric, chamomile, and yogurt. So, start by doing the things mentioned above, and then consult if necessary.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
