Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

I suppose you have acne and premature graying of hair.

Acne Vulgaris is a common skin problem in adolescents and adults. It involves pilosebaceous follicles or oil glands and therefore is seen to involve areas where oil glands are dense, like the face, chest, back, and upper arms are common sites of involvement.

In your case looks like grade 1 to grade 2 acne. So I suggest you the following.

  1. Apply Clindamycin 1 % gel during day time over pimples and Benzoyl peroxide 3.5 % gel at night hour over the whole face for around two to three months.
  2. You also have to do certain dietary restrictions like not taking spicy, oily, junk food, milk products, and nonvegetarian foods. Drink lots of water that hydrates your skin.

The causes of premature graying of hair are changes in lifestyle (smoking both active and passive, stress, excessive use of hair dryer), dietary habits (excessive use of carbohydrates and sugary foods consumption, nutritional deficiency like iron, iodine, vitamin, proteins), pollutants in the atmosphere and the water being used to wash the hair, and medical conditions like thyroid diseases, vitiligo, and vitamin B12 deficiency

So I suggest you follow specific general measures.

  1. Taking food rich in iron, vitamin B12, and protein like fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, juices, white meat, seafood, eggs, and dairy products
  2. Avoid excessive intake of soda, cakes, candies, and chocolates.
  3. Avoid soap and shampoo loaded with chemicals or of a highly aggressive nature.

I also suggest taking the tablet Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) 100 mg daily for two to four months or taking tablet Calcium pantothenate 200 mg once daily for two months. These medicines will prevent further graying of hair. However, please consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them and start taking the medications with their consent.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.
