Common "Proper Brushing Technique" queries answered by top doctors | iCliniq

Proper Brushing Technique

Proper brushing is important to maintain oral health. There are many brushing techniques but the most adapted one is the modified bass brushing technique. In the modified bass brushing technique, the brush is placed at 45 degrees angle to the front tooth surface. Bristles should contact both gums and teeth. Jiggling and circular motion are to be applied to clean the tooth. Choosing the right brush is another important factor to follow in proper brushing.
