Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Given your history, it is not clear that you have severe premature ejaculation. For lots of men, they will get off faster the first time they have sex, after a long time without sex, or when they are really excited or nervous.

You said the second round was about two minutes long. That might seem short to you, but timing alone is not an indication of a medical problem. The more important question is whether this happens most of the time consistently and whether it causes you or your partner significant distress.

It is worth considering non-drug approaches before starting medication, such as slowing down stimulation, using the start-stop technique, practicing pelvic floor exercises, reducing performance anxiety, and maintaining regular sexual activity if possible. If the problem persists, Dapoxetine 30 mg taken about 1-3 hours before sexual intercourse can be used to delay ejaculation in appropriate patients. Condoms or topical desensitising sprays also work for some men.

Given that you have not been sexually active for a while and have a limited history of intercourse, I would be hesitant to say this is a long-term condition based on those experiences alone.

Tell me how long the first round is. Do you get premature ejaculation when you masturbate as well? This will help lead you better.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For further queries, you can consult me at iCliniq.

Thank you.
