You do not need to worry because it is not a dangerous condition. There are two possible treatments for the same. Root canal treatment and extraction. For either of the treatments, you need to visit a dentist and opt for the one which suits you, though you will loose a tooth if you chose extraction. In the meantime, I suggest you try taking a tablet containing a combination of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole twice daily and tablet Lyser D (a combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase) twice daily for three days.
