I am using the tablet Ranitidine. I had a reaction to it and had vomiting, headache, and fever. What do I do?

First of all, I would like to know what was the reason for taking the tablet Ranitidine. Secondly, for a few patients, tablet Ranitidine does cause reactions. Did you have vomiting and fever before consuming the medicine?
