Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From the images attached (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), it is due to excess oil and sebum secretions from your skin, hormonal fluctuations in your body depending on the age group, imbalanced diet including consuming fatty food, red meat, and sweets, or climatic conditions. I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) the following medications. Salicylic acid 2% and glycolic acid face wash to be applied and massaged gently in circular motions and wash off within a minute. Use the same in the morning and in the evening. Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel to be applied on the affected area only as spot treatment after using the face wash on a clean dry face. To be used in the morning and night for six weeks and in case of new eruptions thereafter. Tablet Ascorbic acid 500 mg chewable tablet, one tablet to be taken daily after food at night for two months. Avoid oily food, sweets, red meat, milk, and dairy products. Consume more fruits, vegetables, fiber rich food, and at least 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Avoid stagnation of sweat on your forehead and keep wiping the area clean with a clean towel.
