I am a 30-year-old male. From 12 years of age, I have this pleasurable feeling in my thigh. It feels good and it comes out anywhere. It almost feels orgasmic. I can be standing or sitting and it randomly comes and goes on even without I think about sex. Rubbing it makes me feel better. What is the cause?
