Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

You might be suffering from low libido, which has many reasons like the following.

  1. Infections: Urine infection can be a major cause.
  2. Diabetes or hypertension: Medical history of having altered blood pressure and blood sugar.
  3. Hormonal disturbances: Low testosterone, low levels of thyroid, and high levels of prolactin can also cause low libido.
  4. Obesity or high cholesterol: A higher body mass index can be a reason for many medical issues.
  5. Chronic disease or chronic medication: A history of suffering from a chronic disease and being under treatment for the same can also lead to low libido.
  6. Anxiety

I advise you to follow the below-mentioned instructions.

  1. Get a complete urine test to rule out the presence of urine infections.
  2. Get an ultrasound scan of the pelvis to rule out any pelvis infection.
  3. Check for the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone to assess the functioning of the thyroid gland.
  4. Get a lipid profile to evaluate the cholesterol levels.
  5. Also, get tested for blood pressure and random blood sugar levels.
  6. Get tested for prolactin and testosterone hormone levels.
  7. Exercise regularly.
  8. Practice yoga as a part of exercise to destress and relieve anxiety.
  9. Take a tablet of Mildfil (Tadalafil) 5mg twice daily as a temporary solution.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take the medications with their consent.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you.
