I would like to know if it is possible to have the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) but I have negative test results. If not, is it possible for non-pregnant women to get a urinary tract infection (UTI) from group-B streptococcus?

Even after a significant incubation period, the tests are negative, so you can trust them. However, I request you to share the signs and symptoms you are facing and images of the infection. You are also experiencing white discharge, so please tell me if it is completely fluid-like or like cottage cheese. Do you experience any itching, rashes, or fever? I just want to know the complete details. However, I suggest you use a good feminine wash to clean the area and keep it dry. Wear loose cotton undergarments. Avoid intense exercises and use gentle soaps to wash the undergarments. Please share the details and images if you feel appropriate so that I can suggest the right medicine after the correct diagnosis.

I did not get much discharge but felt the need to urinate often, and my vulva was itchy and irritated to the point that it felt like it was burning but not painful. I was told it was a urinary tract infection (UTI) and was given Nitrofurantoin for five days. After four days of this, it went away. However, I experienced the symptoms again. I took Fluconazole, thinking it was a yeast infection. In the first few days, I noticed little discharge balls in the toilet when I urinated. The discharge was white and of cottage cheese consistency (no fishy or foul smell). However, when it came out, it looked like cloudy urine. After about four days of taking Fluconazole, the cottage cheese discharge seemed to disappear. My vulva is slightly itchy, and I still need to urinate often. Sometimes I feel like a bit of air is coming out of my vagina, or something small is moving. I have attached a picture of my cuts and the lab results.

Do you have any history of diabetes? Cuts may have been caused by scratching or intense itching. If you have already completed the antibiotic course then take plenty of fluids. I suggest you take the following medications:
