Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My penis is small, and I ejaculate very quickly. Kindly suggest.
Please help.
Thank you for your guidance.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Penis size can only be increased if there is low testosterone. The size of the penis varies from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection. If your penis is within this range on erection, then do not worry. If your penis is smaller, then you can do hormone tests. In pornographic films, they show a big penis by injecting drugs.
This is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size. In fat people, one inch or more of the penis is hidden under belly fat, so exercise helps. Quick discharge or premature ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety.
Sometimes, however, there may be problems with the prostate gland and thyroid hormone. Most often it is a chronic problem, and you have to take medicines off and on. Also, there are exercises to control it.
ingYou can learn to control quick discharge by doing this exercise by pulling your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for a few seconds, then release, and repeat this several times daily.
Another is the stop-start technique when you feel that you are going to ejaculate, stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind. The penis will relax, and after some time, start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over a few months, you will gradually increase your ejaculation time.
I hope this addresses your concerns.
Please feel free to follow up if you need any additional clarification.
Thank you.
