Hello doctor.
I have been experiencing headaches on the right side of my head since two months, and it occasionally spreads to other regions of my head. I feel like I am about to puke. It becomes worse at work. My eyesight is blurry in both eyes, but more so in my right. Numbness in my right leg and fingers from time to time. I have a bowel condition and I need to poop right away after eating. I never had a headache before. Is it possible that I have a brain tumor? Is a stroke on the way? Is there something wrong with my blood? Why is my creatinine level low? Please comment on my attached report.
