To begin your skincare routine, use a cleanser to wash your skin. Rose water can be used as a toner. Use a water-based moisturizer containing ceramide. Use SPF (sun protection factor) 25 or higher sunscreen. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Increase your intake of antioxidants, vitamins C and A. Consume lots of water. Avoid using oily or greasy cosmetics. Avoid using steroid cream on your face. I also recommend that you provide a clinical photograph to help us analyze skin tone, type, and texture.
