What should a 28-year-old patient do to overcome weakness and premature ejaculation?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have erection weakness and a small penis. I also have premature ejaculation. I am 28 years old, and I feel very lethargic.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your situation and how difficult it is for you. The cause is most likely masturbation or frequent night falls, even when you have reduced the frequency. It feels like a lack of testosterone, but it is the distortion of the sexual arousal cascade in almost all cases. So it is rather neurological than endocrinological, and the fastest way to fix this is a subliminal hypnosis therapy (SHT). I would recommend you to take free testosterone and sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) tests. I am sure your condition, including your weakness, can be cured with hypnotherapy.

Get well soon.
