Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My grandmother is 72 years old. She is a diabetic patient. Her USG report showed SOL of a gallbladder. Please suggest.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). In the attached report, there is a space occupying lesion in the gallbladder. It has wall thickening. Usually, it is due to a large stone. But, no stone is seen in the ultrasonography images. Hence, it is advisable to investigate with a higher investigation that is CT (computed tomography) scan abdomen to rule out any tumor, if present. You can consult a surgeon for a physical examination.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
