Hi doctor,
My son is 3 years old. We speak a different language here. So I trained my son to speak in English. He is doing good. He is able to understand what I am saying and he responds well. He has good eye contact with good social skills. Even if I am sitting sad, he understands it and asks me the reason for it. He takes help from me at times. He likes playing with rotating objects. He is a little shy type. But after getting mingled, he becomes happy and plays with them. Initially, he did not have clarity in speech, and now he is good. If we show some pictures and images, he responds to it very well. He does not have any problem in sleep. But sometimes, he does not answer my questions properly. I want to know whether there is a problem or he is totally fine.
