Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I appreciate the confidence you place in me for your health care consultation.

Firstly, it needs to be confirmed whether you are having Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) or not. SJ syndrome is a severe drug reaction involving the eyes, mucosa, skin, etc. Your symptoms of dry eyes, itchiness, redness, and running nose point more towards atopic tendency or in simple words allergy. I suggest you take the tablet Cetirizine twice a day to control the running nose and itching in the eyes. Use artificial tear drops like sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Lubrex, Refresh, Lubrifresh, etc.), at least three to four times a day to treat the eye symptoms.

I hope this helps. Do get back if you have any further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
