Hello doctor,

I feel agitated and hopeless and I have mood swings. I am unable to sleep, and I do not want to eat, but I just want to stop overthinking and not stress my head because of the migraine.

  1. Practice meditation daily for at least half an hour in the morning.
  2. Relaxation techniques can help you relax.
  3. Exercise regularly and take a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and omega fatty acids.
  4. Be mindful of your thoughts, you can log them down.
  5. Good sleep is important. Follow the steps of sleep hygiene, sleeping and waking up at the regular time, avoiding caffeinated drinks at least eight hours before sleep, avoiding mobile, laptop, etc half an hour before sleep, etc.
