Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

  • Telma AM 80/5 contains Telmisartan 80 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg. It is generally prescribed to treat high blood pressure (BP) or resistant hypertension and control various heart problems.
  • You must understand that blood pressure is a pathophysiological condition which may not be cured but can be controlled with medications and proper diet.
  • Take diet rich in fruits and vegetables and use fat-free or low fat milk and milk products.
  • Avoid saturated food items like fried food, ghee, red meat, seafood like prawns, crabs, egg yellow if you are non-vegetarian. Avoid bakery items, fried food, sweets, and ice cream.
  • Cut out alcohol if you are taking.
  • Avoid stress. Be regular in your follow up with your doctor and adjust BP medicine as per his advice.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

  • Telma AM does not have any addiction potential neither any other antihypertensive drug for that matter.
