I have had hair fall and hair loss in my eyebrows for two years. Hair fall has worsened for the past two months. Please help.

Hairfall could be due to zinc deficiency. I suggest you take a capsule of Zitcare (Salicylic acid) 110 mg once a day after dinner for 30 days. Also, follow a good hair care routine. Wash scalp with X-gain shampoo (jojoba oil, vitamin E, and omega 3 fatty acid) with X-gain serum (Vitamins A, D, and E) for six weeks. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication. Increase protein intake in your diet.

Your condition can be due to telogen effluvium. Do not worry. Undergo Vitamin B12, serum zinc levels, iron profile, and CBC (complete blood count) with differential count. Do follow up with reports. I suggest increasing protein intake by consuming chicken, eggs, fish, panner, and milk. Avoid stress, as stress is a contributing factor in hair loss. Apply Desonide cream at night for 15 days on hair loss areas. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication.
