Hello doctor,
I have numbness, pressure following a nerve path, and tingling in the head while I concentrate more. It has been there for eight years and I have done two MRIs so far and that came back negative.

Tell me where exactly you have numbness, I mean where in the head, on top on right, or left, or front, or back of the head? Which nerve path do you feel pressure? Is it in the whole head or on the side? Similarly where exactly is the tingling? Do you have nausea or vomiting sensation? Do you have blurring of vision or irritation with light or sound? Did you take any medicines in the past for the same? If yes, what was the result? How is your sleep? What is your profession?

Thank you doctor,
I have numbness mostly in my forehead. I feel pressure and tingling and electric sensation in my whole head when I get emotions. Also, I get a burning sensation sometimes in the back of my head. I do not have vomiting but I have noticed that I have blurry vision in my right eye and my eyes will get irritated and get red from time to time.

For the eye-related problem, please consult an ophthalmologist. With the given scenario, I think you have developed tension-type headaches following concussion.
You may start on tablet Amitryptylin 5 mg daily at night while going to sleep for three months. For headache, please take Paracetamol 650 mg when required.
