Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I got a tick bite two days ago. I was not sure how long it was on me. But now, a lump with red rashes has developed. It is itchy, and a liquid is coming out of it. I feel very tired with headaches. Please help me.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. Is there any black sting on the bitten site? Usually, the tick sting will be present; if so, please remove it. I recommend you take the following medications.

1) Tablet Wysolone (Prednisolone) 5 mg twice a day.

2) Tablet Azithrocin (Azithromycin) 500 mg once daily.

3) Tablet Combiflam (Ibuprofen 400 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg) twice daily for three days.

4) Apply T-bact (Mupirocin) ointment to the affected area.

Please follow the medications and revert after three days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
