Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am 16 years old, and I weigh around 121 pounds. While masturbating, I have never tried pulling back my foreskin. But gradually, I got to know about pulling it back.
I tried pulling it back with the help of oil. But while it is erect, I am scared what if foreskin will not come back to its original place. While erect, it is slightly tight. But while flaccid, it is loose, but then too I have never tried to pull it completely back because I am scared.
Please help.
Thank you for your guidance.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
A tight foreskin is a common problem. If you have never pulled it back before, you might find it tight to pull back, especially in an erect penis. What you need to do is apply oil, preferably olive oil, as a lubricant when you masturbate.
Do not pull in a flaccid penis; pull in an erect penis, and you need to pull gradually and completely. You might get a white material called smegma; you need to clean it well after you masturbate.
You need to pull your skin forward. Usually, if you manage to pull it back, it will come forwards again. If you have difficulty pulling your skin back completely.
Then you can use steroid cream like Hydrocortisone cream twice daily. Then start pulling back gradually, starting after two weeks of using the cream. Use the cream for six weeks; by the end of six weeks, you should be able to pull the skin back completely. Update me after four weeks.
I hope this addresses your concerns.
Please feel free to follow up if you need any additional clarification.
Thank you.
Thank you.
