Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. According to your present clinical features, you are suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome caused by the entrapment of the median nerve in the wrist joint. It is characterized by burning, tingling, or numbness in your hands and fingers.

To confirm the diagnosis, I suggest you undergo some investigations like a CT scan (Computerized tomography) or MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging) of the wrist joint, nerve conduction test, electromyography, etc.

Wearing splints on your wrists, applying hot compresses on the affected area, taking NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or Aceclofenac, the elevation of hands and wrists, etc. may help to subside the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome.
