Patient's Query

Hello Doctor,

I am a 26-year-old male having pain in my penis for the last two days. I have an uncircumcised penis, and I had a similar pain two months ago, which decreased after taking the tablet Zerodol SP for a day. However, the pain has returned in the past two days. I am thinking if uncircumcision could be the cause of this pain. Could you please provide some tips for natural circumcision at home using remedies? Is massaging with coconut oil good for retracting the foreskin? Is it possible to naturally pull back the penis foreskin without surgery? I would appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understood your concern.

It can be due to:

  • Phimosis: Tight foreskin causing pain and discomfort (please share a picture for better understanding) - on the side and below.

  • Short frenulum: This can also cause this issue (please share a picture for diagnosis. And surgical management is the cure).

  • Forceful masturbation can cause this issue.

  • It can happen if there is an injury. I suggest you undergo an ultrasound of the penis to rule out a fracture. However, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below:

    • Take adequate water to prevent dehydration.

    • I suggest you take a tablet of Zerodol P (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) for temporary pain relief. You can try the stretching method along with the usage of the ointment Lobate GM Neo (Clobetasol Propionate, Miconazole Nitrate, and Neomycin Sulphate). Kindly consult a specialist, talk with them, and take the medications with their consent.

      I hope this helps.

      Regards.
