Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 34-year-old male, with a height of 5 feet 6 inches and a weight of 176 pounds. I am experiencing some internal pain in my penis, which intensifies slightly during an erection. There are no bruises or pus when urinating.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concerns.
Pain during an erection can be due to several causes, including infection. Common causes are urinary tract infections and sexually transmitted infections. Balanitis, which is inflammation of the glans penis, can result from an allergy or infection. Prostatitis, or inflammation of the prostate gland, can be caused by infection, injury, or inflammation. Urethritis is the inflammation or infection of the urethra. Renal calculi can cause pain during an erection, and Peyronie's disease involves scar tissue inside the penis, which can lead to painful erections. Neuropathy, often related to diabetes, can also be a factor. Please provide more details regarding these symptoms, and we can work on your treatment plan.
Thanks and regards.
