Hello doctor,
I am a girl 21 years old, and 5.6 feet tall. I have been suffering from vaginal discharge (no foul smell, sometimes itchy, sometimes white clear, and sometimes thick yellowish). It has been six years now, and I have been on different medications, but they could not cure me. Right now I am not taking any medicine. My vagina opening is also swollen, my vagina opening has small pimples like lumps on it, my vagina opening is white in color and my inside vagina looks white in color. Please doctor suggest to me the best medicine possible to cure my symptoms.

I read your query and understand your concern. As per your description you have had this issue for six years so you should consult with your nearby gynecologist so that she can examine and guide you properly. Without examination, it is difficult for me to guide you properly. I suggest taking
1. Tablet Doxycycline (Doxycycline monohydrate) 100 mg twice daily.
2. Tablet Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily.
3. Tablet. Pan (Pantoprazole) 40 mg twice daily before the meal, all these for seven days.
If you are sexually active then only use clinging vaginal pessary (keep this in your vagina while sleeping at night for seven days). Keep the genital area clean and dry, change undergarments two times a day, and wash your genital with soft cleansers to avoid such repeated infections. I hope this helps.
