Hello doctor,
My vaginal discharge during masturbation smells really bad and it is yellow in color. I applied body lotion inside and outside the vaginal area during masturbation, so I am worried if that is the reason. There are no other issues like itching or pain, but the color and smell are really bad. I have been facing this problem for the past few months. What to do?

According to your description, it is looking like a vaginal infection. You should take a proper antibiotic course to cure this. You should not apply any moisturizer inside the vagina because it is harmful. So, I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.
1. Take a tablet of Doxy (Doxycycline) 100 milligrams twice daily for five days.
2. Take a tablet of Metrogyl (Metronidazole) 400 milligrams thrice daily for five days.
3. Take a tablet of Pantoprazole (antacid) 40 milligrams twice daily before a meal for five days.
4. Place Clingen (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) vaginal pessary in the vagina while sleeping.
5. You should keep that area clean and dry.
6. Change undergarments twice daily.
