Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am here for advice about my current situation. I have been in a long-distance relationship with my boyfriend for six months now. When we were together before, while having sex, he would feel that I was too tight down there, and sex would be painful for me too. But then came a time when we would have normal intercourse and we were both enjoying it. But that was one week before he would go back. Now when he comes back, we are facing another problem whereby my vagina has loosened up and I cannot climax. Neither can him. Can you suggest?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This could be occurring due to poor libido in both of you. I do not think in six months your vagina can become so loose that both of you will not enjoy the sex. This is happening probably due to anxiety and psychological reasons. Spend more and more time together, spend more time in foreplay and you will see improvement. For increasing libido and erection he can use tablet Sildenafil (Viagra). The drug will make a strong and hard erection and he will enjoy sex and will also give you pleasure.

Thank you.
