Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am in my twenties and sexually active. Lately, I have been facing vaginal dryness, and also, and I have been using a vaginal wash for some time. Can using vaginal wash regularly cause any problem?

Answered by Dr. Richa Agarwal

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of vaginitis, and it is mainly due to a fungal infection. Keep the area dry and clean. Also, drink a lot of warm water and be on a soft diet. I would suggest the use of antifungal medicine and cream for application.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
