Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am currently 26 years old. My testicles used to hang low. I mainly think it was due to over masturbation. Five years back I got water in my testicles. The doctor said that it was due to the balls rubbing while sitting and he gave me medicine. I got well, but my right testicle got small to the size of a peanut, and it has been like this for the past four years. I am worried. I do not feel any pain though.

Please advice.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I think you may have varicocele which are dilated veins of the testis. Varicocele causes small size testis. I suggest you get ultrasound scrotum done. It will give the reason for small size testis.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I have attached the files. Please have a look on them.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have seen the images (attachment removed to protect patient identity). By images, it looks like a normal scrotum. The size of the testis could not be determined from outside. For that, you need ultrasound scrotum. If possible, get ultrasound scrotum done.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
