Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern. Veins are naturally present on all men’s penises. In some, they are less visible; in some, they are more prominent. This is just a natural variation and is nothing you should worry about. With regards to your poor erections, please help me with a few details, do you smoke? Are you sexually active? Do you have diabetes? Do you get an erection early in the morning, right when you wake up? Do you have any trouble with your ejaculation? Like pain after you ejaculate? Are your erections fine if and when you masturbate? Do you have any pain in the area between your testicles and anus? Do you have any trouble passing urine?

I hope this has helped.

Kindly follow up with the answers.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I do not smoke. I am not sexually active, and I do not have diabetes. I get an erection in sleep, but it is not a full but half erection. Also, I have no trouble with ejaculation. However, there is mild pain for a few minutes after ejaculation. Also, when I masturbate, I get an erection, but if I stop, my penis goes down within three to four seconds. And when I masturbate frequently, it causes pain sometimes (I used to masturbate two to three days a month for five to six times a day). Also, did you see the image that I sent? In the image on the left side, I have big curvy veins, and on the right side, there are small and many veins. Is there a problem, or is it normal?

Please give your suggestions.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Early morning erections are a sign that everything is normal. Morning erections are not as rigid as the ones you get when you are sexually stimulated. I have seen the images, and it looks completely normal (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). As I said, it is a natural variation, and all men have veins on their penis (some bigger and some smaller). So you have nothing to worry about it.

I hope this has helped you out.

Take care.
