Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My condition remains stable. But I have a feeling of nausea. Recently, I came back from work and went to bed as usual. When I waked up, I started feeling dizzy, and finally, nausea occurred. It has been three days and I still have nausea. What can I do? My blood pressure is fine and it is slightly higher than usual. My menstrual cycle should start now. I have a lot of stress with a lot of physical activity. I work for 14 hours per day.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern. You are in premenstrual period currently. So these symptoms occur normally. I suggest you take tablet Omeprazole every morning before breakfast for 30 days. Take tablet Ondem or Emeset 4 mg (Ondansetron) while having nausea. Your BMI (body mass index) comes under underweight category and you have high physical activity. You need to take a balanced diet to do your high physical activity. Consult a dietician for having a personalized diet and calorie plan can be suggested. Continue following this treatment and have a follow-up after five days.

Probable diagnosis

You seem to have premenstrual syndrome and fatigue due to extreme physical activity.

Regarding follow up

Have a follow-up after five days.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
