You should try to minimize mobile screen time. Secondly, try to make habit of eye blinking at the regular interval because while seeing screen we stare and do not blink that much. That is why the eye gets dry and to compensate that, your eyes start producing excessive tears in the form of watering. So, reduce screen time and use artificial tear (Tears Naturale drops). I hope you will be okay.
