Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 23-year-old female weighing 154 pounds and standing at a height of 5.4 feet. Overall, I am in good physical condition. However, I have one concern: despite trying various products for bumpy skin, I am still experiencing the same issue of textured skin and small white bumps on my skin. Currently, I am using a skincare product called Tea Tree AHA+PHA+BHA and taking vitamin C tablets. Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com. I read your query and understood your concern.

Acne treatment typically involves the use of face wash, tablets, and creams. Excessive facial oiliness can lead to breakouts. Once the active breakouts are under control, you can discontinue the tablets but continue using the creams to prevent a recurrence. It is important to make dietary and lifestyle modifications as well. Avoid self-treatment with over-the-counter steroid creams, as they can have negative effects. Refrain from popping pimples with your fingers, as it may result in unsightly scars. The marks left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Kindly follow-up if you have more doubts..

Thanks and regards.
