Hi doctor,
I am 32 weeks pregnant. My doctor suggested me take complete bed rest as the baby is very low down to the uterus. My problem is, I am unable to eat anything due to nausea and indigestion as there is no physical activity. I am losing weight and suffering from anemia and am on medication for these. My hemoglobin is 9 g/dL and I weigh 119 lbs. Currently, I am taking a capsule of Dompan SR, Ecosprin 75 mg, and Susten SR 300 mg once a day, a tablet of Corcium twice a day, and Depura (vitamin D) every 15 days. I am non-vegetarian.
Please suggest me a nutrient-rich diet plan. Thank you.

Please provide a diet plan for NAFLD
Hi doctor,
Before three months, I was diagnosed to have NAFLD (Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease). I have lost my weight from 136.68 lb to 116.84 lb within about three months by way of morning walk for about 1 hour and yoga and pranayama for another 80 minutes and by taking low fat diet and less calories. As a result my health and face is totally broken. I am a little bit worried by thinking whether it is normal or not. Even I cannot go out anywhere due to the questions from people about my broken health and lost weight. Please advise me and prescribe some medicines and supplements for restoration of my broken face. Please provide a complete diet plan which is helpful for curing NAFLD.
