Can medications help shrink uterine fibroids?

Recently, I developed a lump in my abdomen and have been experiencing breathing problems. My medical history includes issues with breathing, leg pain, and a dry throat. Today, I underwent an ultrasound (USG) which revealed a large fibroid in my uterus measuring 110.3 mm x 87.6 mm. Is this a matter of great concern? Can medication help?

Is it normal to bleed during sex after the period?
Hello doctor,
I had my period last week and the day I finished my period we had intercourse then suddenly blood came again. Before the intercourse I checked I saw the white discharge so I make sure the period is done. But when we started and after a few seconds we noticed blood but had no pain or any other problems. A small burning sensation came around my stomach after a few seconds but not much.

I have had a mild dull cramp in my lower right abdomen for about a week. It started the day after unprotected sex (I then took the morning-after pill 36 hours later). I had thrush this week too which healed with Canesten Duo. The pregnancy tests are negative so far. What could this mild pain be?

What could be the treatment for dull ache on the right ovary, and a hydrosalpinx in the left tube?
Hello doctor,
I am 38 years old, and have a history of endometriosis. 17 years back I underwent the removal of an ovarian torsion cyst of 10 cm by open surgery. My ovaries were preserved and I had no complaints except some cysts since then. But now when I want to conceive I have complications and found three complex cysts of 8, 7, and 6 cm with 300 cc fluid in the right ovary with mural nodules and debris. I am feeling a dull ache on the right side, a heavy bulky ovary, and a hydrosalpinx in the left tube. What is the treatment to be followed? Is there a need to remove the ovary or hormone treatment after cyst removal and salphinography? Kindly enlighten. My Anti-Mullerian hormone as of now is 4.04 ng/mL. Can I ever conceive?
