Is it possible to cure the injured part of my eye completely?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. You have a sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. A small blood vessel bleeds and then a blood clot is formed. This clot will get resorbed on its own and it takes around one or two weeks to go away. This does not require any specific treatment.

Could my daughter's nystagmus be improved with occlusion therapy?

It is a well-proven treatment with satisfactory results. There is no medication for nystagmus. If it is very debilitating, then the surgical correction for dampening or reducing its intensity can be done.

In the acute stage, Homide (Homatropine hydrobromide) is given to relieve muscle spasm that arises due to inflammation. Its effect will get reversed after three days of discontinuation of therapy.
