Does wrong diagnosis of cancer cause anxiety symptoms?

Hello doctor,

Hope you can help me, please. I am a young breast cancer survivor in my twenties who had cancer a few years ago. I am now cancer free. However more recently than this, a doctor gave me a wrong diagnosis and told me he thought cancer had spread to my brain. It took weeks to get the brain scan and the results to find out it was clear. During this time I was panicking a lot and even now this event has passed a few months ago I am left with fatigue, internal shaking, head pressure and I jump out my skin to the slightest noise. I have all these anxiety symptoms, however, I am not worried about cancer anymore as the results were clear, but I seem to be stuck in some kind of stress response. I have tried Prozac and Citalopram (just in case these would help) and had a serious reaction to both of them (face going completely numb, vibrating and too dizzy to walk). I am not sure counseling would really help because as I mentioned the event that made me like this has now passed and I feel fine about it and do not think about it anymore. In fact, I am worried that might make it worse as I am trying to forget about it. I am not anxious anymore. I just seem stuck with these symptoms. I would just like to know if you have heard of this before and is it normal that this can happen? Also, do you have any suggestions what I can do? Should these symptoms go away in time?

Does Arpizol and Pacitane help in managing schizophrenia?

Hi doctor,

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia before 7 years. I used to take Sulpitac early in the treatment and then I was prescribed Nexipride for a year. For the last three years, I am taking Arpizol 10 mg and Pacitane 2 mg. My age is 30 now and I want to get out of schizophrenia as soon as possible. My parents are worried about my marriage. Every time when I ask my psychiatrist, he says keep taking Arpizol and Pacitane. I am tired of this. Is the treatment right?

How to get rid of being monetarily used by a friend?

Hi doctor,

I do not have any health issue. But, I am not in mental peace with my close friends. I do something that is unintentional and it bothers my friends. This creates a sense of agony in me; it bothers me a lot as I overthink. The issue can be very small and negligible, but I think that one of my friends uses me monetarily, may it be a matter of a very small amount. I am often embarrassed amongst them, but this is because of the reaction of the other people.

Can excessive masturbation cause watery semen leakage?

Hi doctor,

I am 29 years old, male, unmarried. I was doing masturbation for 10 years. I became so addicted to it that every day I was doing it and sometimes I am doing it more than once a day. I know it is dangerous to my health. So, in between, I have controlled for some time and then I break my rule myself. This time, I have decided I will do it only once a month and decided to not watch any sexual videos. I had ASD issue in heart, it has been closed by device last month. Now I am alright but having Aspirin tablet once a day by doctor's prescription. Nowadays, my sperm automatically comes out (I could see in my inner). And my semen amount has become very low and decreased in density. Nowadays it looks like water. I am afraid because within six months my marriage. I know I have done a very big mistake. Please help me. And I promise I will not do this again.
