Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 26-year-old female, and I will get married next year. My problem is I feel a piece of soft flesh in my anal hole. At the anal point, I have an additional piece of flesh. I am very worried about this. What could it be? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If you suffer from constipation, have been having hard stools, and have difficulty passing stool, it could be hemorrhoids. It would be better if you send some detailed description also your history and pictures of the lesion then it would be very helpful. Hemorrhoids have different classifications. The initial stage presents with hard stool, whereas the severe stage appears as one or more masses that could be felt outside the anal region. Have a soft diet, two liters of water daily, syrup Lactulose two to three spoons twice daily, Isphagol husk with water twice daily, a soft diet, lots of fruits and vegetables, and avoid red meat, have fish twice weekly, walk and exercise daily especially involving the lower abdomen. Have a consultation with a surgeon. Continue with the above measures. Maitain a strict hygeine. Wear soft and comfortable undergarments.

Thank you.
