Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I was in a steam sauna recently. Many boys were touching me and everyone was standing. At some point, I was involved in an act of mutual masturbation, while the guy was putting his fingers in my anus, and we ejaculated on each other’s bellies while standing right in front of each other. I do not know this guy and never saw him again. I do not believe I have any cuts anywhere, including on my butt. I am concerned regarding whether this was irresponsible and could potentially be dangerous. Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Engaging in sexual activities with a stranger carries a risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV. The risk of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) transmission during unprotected sexual contact can be reduced through the use of condoms. Additionally, the insertion of fingers into the anus can cause small tears or cuts, which can increase the risk of transmitting or acquiring STIs. I would highly recommend you go for an STI workup just to be sure. There is no need to worry as such because the risk of transmission is 0.6 % only. But it is better to be sure about your health. Feel free to contact me for further queries.

Thank you.
