Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 25-year-old female. I visited a clinic a month ago with complaints of itchy rashes on my back and upper chest, the prescription of which I have attached. I took the medication for two weeks only. At the end of the first week, I developed an uncomfortable vaginal itch, but I continued the medicines for the second week. During the course, the original rash showed a good improvement in the first week, but I cannot tolerate the vaginal problem. I did not consult any doctor at that time for a vaginal problem. After stopping the medicines, the vaginal itch subsided, but again, the previous rash problem raised during the third week. It is spreading very fast over the last five days. I had another family issue to take care of and was under a lot of stress. I could not sleep properly due to the itchy rash. Please help me. The rash is all over the left side of my body, from shoulder to lower leg. I have shared a few pictures. I cannot go in person to the clinic because of this pandemic. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

You have severe sweat rash with infection, and you are allergic to your sweat. Do you have a sinus, wheeze, or dust allergy? I must suggest you with steroids and antibiotics in such severe infection and disease. However, since you have vaginal itch after taking the previous tablets and are worried about vaginal itching, I will stop the antibiotics. I suggest you with the following medications. Take Tablet Predmet 8 (Methylprednisolone 8 mg) twice a day for one week. After one week, take tablet Predmet 4 (Methylprednisolone 4 mg) twice a day for one week. Take Tablet Montek LC (Levocetirizine 5 mg and Montelukast 10 mg) half tablet twice a day for three weeks (if there is severe itching, take one pill at night). Apply Elovera lotion in the morning. Mix Hhfudic cream (Mometasone and Fusidic acid) + Calosoft-AF lotion and apply to the affected areas at night. Drink a lot of water. Wear cotton clothes. Let us see how much it reduces without antibiotics. Take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I do not have any history of allergies. I will follow the medications and follow up with you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You are allergic to your own sweat. This is common during summer months as the place you live in is very hot and humid. Only when the weather improves will your problem subside. You have got infected pustules so antibiotics are needed. I suggest you take mild antibiotics. Take a tablet of Taxim O 200 twice a day for one week, take a tablet of Xyzal half tablet twice a day for three weeks, apply Calosoft AF lotion to the area to red pus, and apply T-bact cream. Drink a lot of water.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
