Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I would like a second opinion on an Androflor test result I recently received. I am currently traveling, not in my home country. Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. I have gone through the reports and there is nothing abnormal. I do not think you need to take any antibiotics, as you do not even have any symptoms.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply. Is the presence of these bacteria considered pretty normal, and not harmful for my sexual partners or me, especially without any symptoms?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. These are the normal flora that is present in genitals and which maintain the normal pH of genitals. It will not be harmful to your partner. If you get any symptoms like burning micturition, increased frequency of urination, any smelly discharge or ulceration on genitals then you should visit the nearby gynecologist or venereologist so that they can examine and do the needful test and guide you properly.

I hope this helps you.

Thank you.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
