I need help with my baby's skin. He is nearly three months old, and his weight is around 11.023 pounds. He has pimples with red rashes, itchy and dry on his cheeks, chin, and forehead. It is becoming white as his skin color was light brown. And on his body, he started to have small pimples. I do not know if it is eczema or baby acne. I went to the doctor, and he prescribed Hydrocortisone cream 1 percent and another ointment, but it's not working; it's coming back. So I used coconut oil for three days, still no specific improvement, and today I started to use Dexeryl cream. This problem has been going on for two months now. Please can you help to understand what he has and what to do for him?
