Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I would like to know about my ECG report. I have attached it. Please provide your suggestions.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have reviewed the attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). There is an irregular rhythm called atrial fibrillation, which is usually not life-threatening but requires evaluation to determine the cause. Additionally, there are Q waves in the inferior leads, which may indicate the possibility of heart damage or blockages in some patients. Therefore, you should undergo an echocardiogram (echo) and a treadmill test (TMT) to identify the cause. Also, if you experience snoring, interrupted sleep, or morning headaches, I recommend getting a thyroid test done. If these symptoms are present, I suspect the possibility of sleep apnea.
Thanks and regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
