Hello doctor,
I have three dark bruise-like spots on the shaft of my penis. They have been there for over a year. They appear to be where I hold my penis during masturbation. I have tried Cala pure radiance cream, arnica K, and man1man oil but they are still there. There is no pain when masturbating at all. I have never had sex or any sexual interaction.

I can understand your concern. I have checked the picture (attachment hidden to protect the identity of the patient), if there was unprotected sex - one needs to think of sexually transmitted infections like:
1. TPHA- Treponema palladium hemagglutination.
2. HPV (human papilloma virus) DNA PCR test.
3. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) one and two IgG.
4. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) one and two IgM, serum.
5. Chlamydia trachomatis IgG.
6. HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) one and two antibodies, screening test.
7. HbsAg (Hepatitis B surface antigen).
8. Urine complete.
If not, it looks like an injury; make sure to use lubricant during masturbation. Do only hand penis masturbation, and avoid forceful masturbation. If there is itching, you need to think of fungal infection - ointment Candid B (Beclomethasone and Clotrimazole) for local application and for itching – tablet Cetirizine once a night.
Make sure you wash your genitalia twice a day, morning and night, and use normal water, no cold or hot water. Do not use heavy pH soap.
