Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

Addressing blackheads (a small, tiny dark spot that forms on the skin when a pore becomes clogged with excess oils and dead skin cells), whiteheads (a closed skin pore or hair follicle clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria), and tiny bumps in an oily face involves a combination of proper skin care, lifestyle changes, and sometimes professional treatments.

Here are some suggestions to help manage these skin issues:

1. Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser twice daily (morning and night) to remove excess oil, dirt, and makeup. Consider using a cleanser with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide to help reduce acne (a common skin condition where the hair follicles under the skin become clogged) and control oil.

2. Exfoliate two to three times a week using a gentle scrub or a chemical exfoliant containing alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) to remove dead skin cells and prevent clogged pores. Avoid over-exfoliating, as it can irritate the skin and increase oil production.

3. Use a toner with ingredients like Witch hazel or Salicylic acid to help tighten pores and control oil production.

4. Even oily skin needs moisture. Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without clogging pores.

5. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF (sun protection factor) 30 daily. Look for non-comedogenic and oil-free formulas to avoid clogging pores.

To solve this problem, I recommend:

1. Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Avoid excessive consumption of sugary and greasy foods. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

2. Avoid touching your face with your hands, as this can transfer oil and bacteria to your skin.

3. Regular professional facials can help deep clean pores and improve skin texture. Chemical peels with AHAs or BHAs can help remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of blackheads and whiteheads. A dermatologist or licensed aesthetician can safely perform extractions to remove blackheads and whiteheads.

4. Over-the-counter or prescription retinoids can help increase cell turnover and prevent clogged pores. Use spot treatments with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid on individual blemishes.

It is important to be consistent with your skincare routine and give it time to work. It may take several weeks to see noticeable improvements in your skin.

I hope that you get your answer.

Please let me know if you need any help.

Thank you.
